About Me
I help individuals to become the best version of themselves.
Hello, I am Melinda Evans; a mom, wife, certified life coach from The Life Coach School, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As a life coach and someone who has had a fair mix of troubles along this life, I am deeply committed to helping individuals unlock their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
My desire to becoming a life coach was deepened during my own search for healing of unprocessed childhood trauma. Therapy was a good start but I often felt unsatisfied with my ability to recover from daily upsets. Coaching helped me to naviagate this life better and brought a greater sense of awareness that I couldn't find in traditional therapy. Many of my daily challenges were overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship problems, loneliness, and a overall feeling of being STUCK. These challenges coupled with a profound desire to uplift others, along with my certification training sets me apart from other traditional services.
My genuine dedication to understanding your unique journey, my passion for improvement, and unique ability to see patterns of life give me an extra edge. I believe that true transformation begins with genuine connection and trust. My approach is rooted in active listening, empathy, and non-judgmental support, creating a safe space for exploration, growth , and self-awareness. Guided by principles of love, compassion, and empathy... I draw upon my personal experiences; training in The Life Coach School; and the teachings of my faith, to provide support to those seeking for positive change.
